Sports Massage
In May 2017 I finished my Honours degree in Sports Therapy and also received a Level 4 Qualification in Sports Massage alongside this. I personally love massage as a treatment method and I've seen such great results from it.
I've had wonderful experiences with Blackpool's Strongest Man comps as well as being at a placement for St Helen's RLFC, too! Sports Massage is very beneficial for realigning your muscle fibres after a heavy session or after repetitive movements such as sitting at a desk all day or studying! Relieve stress through massage and releasing serotonin (the happy hormone) in to your body! |
Nutritional Advice
Do you find yourself struggling with what to eat? Maybe with how much you are supposed to eat or when is best to eat it? I can provide my own knowledge and experience to create you a plan specific to yourself! Even if it's tips and tricks to lower that calorie count per day to maximise your food intake without exceeding your macros!
Don't know how many calories you should be having? No problem! I can work that out for you as well as what percentage of carbohydrates, protein and fats you should be intaking per day!
If you want a more specific plan, I can put together a plan for you that will give you a list of meal to choose from, when to have them and how much to have if that's the way for you!

Where I am Based:
Mondays: Health & Holistics, Derwent House, Cockermouth is where I hold my West Cumbria clinic hours providing Sports Therapy and Massage as well as Personal Training with a small indoor gym room!
Tuesday - Fridays: Lifestyle Fitness, Carlisle has an extremely large variety of equipment including Cardiovascular & Resistance Machines and also the very popular Free Weights Area! |
